Order Processing Time | 訂單處理時效
Each month has three cutoff dates: the 10th, the 20th, and the last day of the month. Please complete your payment and upload the payment proof before the cutoff date. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 3-7 days after the cutoff date.
每個月也會有三個截單日期,分別是10號、20號、和每月最尾的一天。請在截單日期前完成付款並上存付款證明。你的訂單將會於截單日的3-7天處理並發出。

Pre-Sale Items|預售產品
Pre-sale items are not kept in stock. Their order deadlines and shipping dates are specified on the respective product pages. If an order contains both pre-sale and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately from the pre-sale items. If you prefer combined shipping, please leave a remark on the payment page.
預售產品沒有現貨。截單日期與發貨時間會在該產品的頁面上標明。如訂單同時含有預售產品與現貨產品,現貨產品將會與預售產品分開發貨。如需同時發貨,請在付款頁面中備註。

Urgent Request|加急處理
If you have any urgent request, please leave a remark during check out and contact us via email or chat box. A surcharge of HKD10 is required for each urgent request order.

We apologize for any unpleasant experience you have encountered. To resolve your issue more efficiently, please record an unboxing video as soon as you receive the product. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item(s) as soon as possible.

Cancel and Refund|取消訂單與退款
You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact us via email at nightclouddrawing@gmail.com.

Temporary Closure of Store when Conventions|參展期間站停營業
Our shop will close temporarily if we join any convention. Response time for messages and emails may take longer time than usual. Our shop will return to normal promptly after the convention is done.
若參加任何展會,本店鋪將臨時閉店。展會期間,郵件與信息的回復速度可能較平日遲緩。展會結束後,一切運營將即刻恢復正常。

Delivery Time | 運輸時間
After the order is dispatched, the standard transit time is 2-5 days. However, specific details are subject to the policies of the respective logistics company.

Delay / Lost Items | 延誤或寄失
Delay delivery is not rare. If there is any delay when your orders are on their way, please contact the delivery company/ organisation for assistance.

Overseas Order|海外訂單
We don't support overseas order currently. If you wish to ship overseas, you may choose consolidation shipping that have a Hong Kong address.
目前我們暫不支持海外直運訂單。如您需將商品運送至海外,可選擇提供香港地址的集運服務。
