  • Order Processing Time

    We will need 7-14 days to process your order.

  • Delivery Time

    It usually takes 1-3 days for domestic delivery (Hong Kong).

  • Post-purchase Services for Damaged/Faulty Items

    We apologised for any inconvenience. Please make sure to record an unboxing video for smoother follow up. We will sent out a replacement as soon as possible.

  • Cancel and Refund

    You can cancel and have a full refund before we send out your order. Please contact us via our email if you wish to cancel the order.

  • Delay / Lost Items

    Delay delivery is not rare. If there is any delay when your orders are on their way, please contact the delivery company/ organisation for assistance.

  • Temporary Closure of Store when Conventions

    Our shop will close temporarily if we join any convention. Response time for messages and emails may take longer time than usual. Our shop will return to normal promptly after the convention is done.

  • Pre-Order Items

    Pair text with an image to focus on your chosen product, collection, or blog post. Add details on availability, style, or even provide a review.

  • Urgent Request

    If you have any urgent request, please leave a remark during check out and contact us via email or chat box. A surcharge of HKD10 is required for each urgent request order.

  • Overseas Order

    We don't support overseas order currently. If you wish to ship overseas, you may choose consolidation shipping that have a Hong Kong address.
